Cured Goat Cheese from Extremadura with peppers is a cheese with 60 days of healing, compact, without eyes inside, hard paste and with a white ivory cut color. Soft flavor, made with freshly milked and pasteurized goat’s milk, preserving all the spontaneity of the wild flora and the open air. It has a slightly smoky flavor, thanks to the natural paprika from the vera that lines its bark. This product is served vacuum packed in whole pieces.
