Iberian Bood Sausage Serrana Vela is a sausage made with bacon, giblets, fat and / or Iberian pork bacon as part of meat. Bring natural garlic, blood, salt and a mixture of spices (paprika, oregano, cumin, etc.), embedded in natural gut in the form of candle and cured in our natural dryers for about 60 days.
