Once the cart has been completed and your order confirmed, you will receive an email message with confirmation of the same. If all the products are in stock, you could receive your order in 48-72 hours, only for Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands.
Your order will be shipped within a maximum of 5 working days. If any articles are out-of-stock, we will contact you to find out it want to wait for the ordered article, or if you want to receive the order without the above article.
Era El Peñasco S.L.. collaborates with leading courier companies for shipments to European level. The maximum delivery time is 48-72 hours. only for Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands.
The goods are insured during transportation. Upon receipt of the goods by the customer, if the same detects any kind of deterioration in the packaging, the package or the goods themselves, it is essential, in order to make any possible claims against the carrier company, to write a note highlighting this circumstance on the carrier’s delivery note. The incident must be notified by fax, telephone or email within a maximum of 24 hours.
If these conditions are not met Era El Peñasco S.L. shall not be liable for the delivered goods. Once the delivery document is signed, the customer declares relative conformity and accepts the delivery, which implies he/she waives the right to any claims concerning the goods received.
You can use the payment system you prefer. We accept the following payment methods: VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL, BANK TRANSFER. If we do not have sufficient stock of goods for which payment has been effected, you will receive a refund via the same system.
Era El Peñasco S.L. uses geenrally accepted sdata securtity systems such as firewalls, access control and encryption mechanisms, aimed at preventing unauthorised access to such data. To achieve this purpose, the customer accepts that Era El Peñasco S.L. obtains data via the corresponding access control authentication process.
The entire negotiation process, or all those which require you to enter personal data (name, bank details, addresses, etc.), shall be transmitted via secure communication protocol (HTTPS: //), so that no third party has access to any information transmitted electronically.
To facilitate the transmission of the order, we recommend you send an email to Era El Peñasco S.L. indicating completion of the transfer and attaching a copy of the same. The customer has a maximum period of 3 working days from the order date to effect the bank transfer.
Check your order when you receive it. If you notice something damaged, please notify us as soon as possible, indicating the damage detected to enable us to implement a rapid solution. Contact us providing information on the damage, the order and which products are damaged. If the same product is not available in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund the amount paid. If you have received a delivery with products other than those ordered, please contact us as soon as possible indicating the invoice number and a brief description of the error (references, quantities, etc.). If, in case of error in delivery, you wish to return part of the order or the total order, please contact us indicating the date of purchase. We remind you that you have 15 days from receipt of order to inform us of your decision. No returned products will be accepted after this deadline.
