Chickpeas from Extremadura. The chickpea of Extremadura denominated “Garbanzo Pedrosillano”, is a legume with important culinary and nutritious qualities. This chickpea variety is characterized by its small size. It has an almost spherical shape, with a smooth outer skin and a very differentiated cotyledon line. It usually has a yellowish orange color when cooked. Its small size makes it have shorter cooking times than other varieties. We serve them in bags weighing 1 kg.
