Soft flavor, made with freshly milked and pasteurized goat’s milk, preserving all the spontaneity of the wild flora and the open air. It is kept in Virgin Olive Oil, obtaining with it a very characteristic and appetizing flavor. This product is served vacuum packed in whole pieces.
