Honey from Encinas of Extremadura
Honey from Encinas of Extremadura. This honey unlike the others is not obtained by the nectar that comes off the flowers, but is produced by bees that release the mielato that secrete the acorns of the oaks. It presents a dark color almost black by its high concentration in iron, with a strong enough flavor. This honey is used primarily for treatments against anemia and respiratory conditions. Also its use is very useful in the stage of development of the children to have high content in mineral salts. It is served in glass jars with a net weight of 1 and 0.500 kilograms.
