Iberian acorn bacon cured. This product consists of the pork skin and the layers that are under it, which are fat and entangled with meat; Hence the names he also receives as “Entreverado Bacon” or “Veal Bacon.” We proceed to its salting with fat salt, using only the parts of animals fed on montanera regime with acorns, and once salted, it is cleaned and dried in our natural cellars. It is an ideal ingredient as a condiment for traditional pouting, but, for the most demanding and old-fashioned palates, its consumption in raw is the best way to taste it. This product is served in pieces or vacuum-packed tacos of approximately 600 grams weight.
