Iberian acorn sausage extra cular
Iberian acorn sausage extra cular is a product made with the leanest of the highest quality Iberian pork from Bellota. Its manufacturing process is based on the chopping of the lean in very crushed pieces, its later marinating with spices and embedded in the natural gut of the pork, for which it receives its name. Its ripening and drying is done in our natural dryers, in a slow process that reaches three months of healing. It is surprising due to its intense aroma, its fleshy and juicy texture, with a perfect point of pepper and other spices. It is served in whole or half pieces vacuum packed.
