Iberian bacon
Iberian bacon also known as tocino, panceta or tocinea is a product that comprises the skin and the fat and meat that are under it, composed by the ventral muscles. It is used as an essential seasoning in traditional stews or as a supplement in culinary recipes. It is also ideal for grilling on barbecues by adding a little salt. It is served in vacuum blocks of approximately 1 kg.
