Iberian Bood Sausage Serrana horseshoe shape is a sausage made with bacon, giblets, fat and / or Iberian pork bacon as part of meat. It carries natural garlic, blood, salt and a mixture of spices (paprika, oregano, cumin, etc.), embedded in natural gut-shaped horseshoe and cured in our natural dryers for a month. This sausage was part of the basic diet of the humble class, belonging to the family tradition in Extremadura pig slaughter.
