Iberian Chistorra is product made with minced Iberian pork, seasoned with garlic, salt, paprika and other spices. It is a semi-cured sausage, deep red, stuffed in a very thin caliber gut, so it needs a much shorter healing period than any other sausage. As a result we obtain a product of pleasant texture, and above all of an intense but very mild flavor, appealing to any public. Its consumption is made in both raw, fried or grilled. We serve it vacuum-packed, in two-piece bags with a total weight of approximately 550 grams.
