Iberian Fuet
Iberian Fuet is a type of sausage made from minced Iberian pork (trowel and bacon) and flavored with garlic and a variety of spices. It is poured into natural gut of lamb no bigger than a finger and allowed to be cured in our natural dryers for approximately 30 days. It is usually used as a tapa or appetizer. Its consumption is made in both raw, fried or grilled. We serve it vacuum-packed, in two-piece bags with a total weight of approximately 550 grams.
