Iberian whip
Iberian whip is a piece of meat with thin and elongated shape that is found in the rib of the pork, between the bones of the ribs. For being such an exceptional meat, it can be used for the realization of all kinds of recipes that require Iberian pork, although we advise that it be consumed on the grill, grilled or garlic, with a little salt and nothing plus. Although very similar to the Iberian pig whip its taste is completely different, hence its difference in prices. It is served in vacuum-packed trays of about 1 kg.
