Iberian Sausage extra horseshoe shape
Iberian Sausage extra horseshoe shape is a product made from ingredients 100% natural: lean selected from Iberian pork, salt, paprika and other spices, all this inlaid in natural gut type horseshoe. Its healing-maturation process is carried out in our natural dryers, which process lasts about 60 days. It is an ideal product to eat in raw and “tapas”. The pieces have a weight of approximately 400 grams, and are served without vacuum packaging.
