The Iberian shoulder Cebo de Campo comes from animals fed exclusively with cereals and legumes, grass and other natural resources of the Extremadura dehesa. Being raised in the pasture develop their muscles better, improving the quality of the product, is a good alternative for its value for money. The pieces have a healing time of 2 to 3 years in natural dryers, with a completely handmade manufacturing process. The cold and dry winters along with the mild summer temperatures of our locality, make these pieces acquire a unique aroma and flavor in the world.
It is a product with a high content of oleic acid, which makes it the most “heart healthy” of all animal fats, promoting an increase in the rate of beneficial cholesterol (HDL) and reducing the rate of harmful cholesterol (LDL). In addition to this beneficial effect on cholesterol, Iberian ham provides proteins, vitamins B1, B6, B12 and folic acid, very beneficial to the nervous system. It is also rich in vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant, and in minerals such as copper, essential for bones and cartilage, calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium, phosphorus and selenium.

Do you want to take your piece?
We give you the option to slice your piece and pack it in vacuum in envelopes weighing 150 grams. The service is made in our facilities and the slicing process is completely at hand by our master ham cutter, considered one of the best cutters in the world.
You will receive the product envelopes, along with the remains and bones broken and vacuum packed.
Would you like more of the option of boning your piece?
We propose to boning and cleaning your piece so that you have the option to save it and to cut it easily. In the case of the pallet, you will receive the piece split into two empty pieces, and if it is ham you will receive the piece of 4 to 6 empty blocks.
Next to the piece we will send the remains and bones broken and vacuum packed.
