Iberian Sobrasada is a cured raw sausage, made from selected meats of Iberian pork, seasoned with salt, paprika and a mixture of spices. It is embedded in semenrized natural gut, and presents a slow healing in our natural dryers. Sobrasada is consumed in different ways: for toasts, breaded, raw in slices and to make various recipes. We serve it in vacuum in individual pieces with an approximate weight of 300 grams.
