Iberian whip is a piece of meat with a thin and elongated shape that lies between the spine and the loincloth. It has a fineness and quality to the palate incredible for that reason and its scarcity becomes one of the most demanded pieces of the Iberian pig. For being such an exceptional meat, it can be used for the realization of all kinds of recipes that require Iberian pork, although we advise that it be consumed on the grill, grilled or garlic, with a little salt and nothing plus. It is served in vacuum-packed trays of about 1 kg.
