Jar of Iberian Cachuela
Jar of Iberian Cachuela. Also called Iberian Caldillo, it is a product made with fried Iberian pork in the Iberian pig and melted pig pellets, adding as main ingredient paprika of the vera and a selection of aromatic spices. It is a very typical product of the south of Extremdura and of Andalucia, used to eat in crude greased on toasts. It is served in plastic jars weighing approximately 250 grams.
