Jar of red Iberian butter
Jar of red Iberian butter. Product elaborated with the Iberian pork pellets, adding as main ingredient paprika of the vera and a selection of aromatic spices. It is a very typical product of the South of Extremdura and Andalucia, used to eat in raw anointed in toasts or for the realization of many culinary recipes, since it can be used as base for frying as substitute of oils. It is served in plastic jars weighing approximately 250 grams.
