Lentils of Extremadura
The lentils of Extremadura called “Lentaja Eston”, is a vegetable with a high content in proteins, fiber and vitamins. This variety is characterized by being small in size and having a light green color with some darker shades. The lentils take a little time to cook and once cooked their skin is almost priceless and does not detach, maintaining the integrity of their grain. We serve them in bags weighing 1 kg.
