Old Sheep Cheese
Old Sheep Cheese elaborated with a careful selection of raw milk of merino sheep and a rigorous quality control, a careful elaboration process is carried out with a maturation period of three to four months. When you taste our old cheese, you can see in the nose very nice notes of sheep’s milk and a sweet note of very personal cereals. In the mouth it has a dry texture, showing itself to be both powerful and flavorful. When cutting this product has a white-bone color, which can reach a yellow or straw tone due to its healing. This product is served in vacuum packed whole parts.
