Peepers of The Vera D.O. Bittersweet
Peepers of The Vera D.O. Bittersweet is a seasoning powder of red color and sweet flavor obtained from the drying and grinding of certain varieties of red peppers. It is a fundamental ingredient of typical Spanish dishes, and for us a fundamental ingredient in Iberian pork sausages. It is served in cans of 125 and 250 grams.
Our range of peppers comes from the region of La Vera, where they are grown and processed, resulting from the grinding of the varieties of peppers, jar, jariza, jeromin and ball. It is a product with smoky flavor and aroma due to the smoke-drying process of the peppers. Its manufacture is regulated under the Denomination of Origin Pimentón de la Vera.
