Salted Iberian Spine Bone. It is a product made from fresh pork bone of Iberian pig, receiving a process of salting and rest in our facilities. It is used mainly for the realization of all type of cooked and other typical plates of Extremadura. It is served in trays weighing approximately 800 grams and about 6 pieces each.
